My mom and I watched together and there was never a dull moment. It made us feel pride and it also taught us a few things. It was cool to watch my history on the screen and we are more empowered. Also, great acting, music, cinematography, writing-- everything. \r\rSidenote: As a Black woman director, this made me so proud. Great job Ms. King. Thank you to everyone involved for this film.

It was very interesting. I love the way it highlighted each powerful individual in a great way and brought them all together. It was thought provoking and educational at the same time. I loved it and will watch it again.

It was very thought provoking and showed an insightful, multi-faceted perspective of each iconic figure. More cathartic than expected. Really enjoyed it overall, fantastic story-telling/cinematography and definitely worth watching.
