Very good movie. I had no idea what her life was like before seeing this movie. Could have been a little shorter but was a good watch. Great music!

The movie was good and gave good insight to the background of Aretha thoroughly. A lot of mew information I had never known. The cash was wonderful and the music selection was appropriate. The length of the film was a bit long for my liking

I thought Jennifer Holliday did an excellent job in her portrayal of Aretha Franklin in "RESPECT." The film was engaging, entertaining, moving, thought provoking and uplifting. I learned a lot about the singer's personal and professional struggles, and how she overcame them.

Excellent, enjoyed the story. Also learned some interesting things about Mrs. Franklin. A must-see.
