Visually stunning, connects to future storylines well, action and suspense are fantastic.

I love how the storyline has the twist with the villain being able to disguise himself in many forms. I loved the Ice explosion. I also love how the movie has more diverse ethnicities playing roles in the movie. Seems this is a show that will keep people coming back for more.

Very well done overall. I know some complain that it's taking liberties with the material from The Silmarillion, but the overall major points are there and it's fleshed out well for a streaming series. The visuals are great, the storyline is engaging, and the acting is well done.
