I didn't have high expectations nor did the college students next to me, but it was great!. I love the story and action. Looks like a blockbuster!!!.

Started out a bit slow, but finished strong. Great action with right amount of humor. My 14 year old daughter loved it all.

It was fun to watch. It stands alone as a fresh start from the comic books.

I thought the movie was very good. It held my Ttention because of the storyline. I am Spiderman fan and Venom is considered Spiderman's nemesis at times throughout my lifetime. It was refreshing to a storyline being altered to fit into everyday life. It gives the character some substance such as Venom is not just a killer symbiote, he has a rational side to him and he is vunerable also. The movie was good.
