It was great, well directed, better than Saving Private Ryan in my opinion

I don't normally like war movies since they show such an ugly part of our past as a country, but this has made me respect our heroes from the war even more than I do already. The hardship those man had to go through for our country was very well expressed and shown in this movie. Having a hero who refuses to kill to the end has made me cheer for him through out the movie. Great ending!!

Very powerful true story, Great performance by Andrew Garfield and all the actors, very realistic war scenes. Excellent.
