My favorite character was the best friend, she made the movie even more hilarious, especially during the slower scenes of the movie

It was cute. Not as funny as her other stuff but I enjoyed it.

It was a bit slow at the start, but then got funny. Both my husband and I actually enjoyed the movie. We have found Melissa McCarthy to be overly foul-mouthed in the past and generally avoided her movies. However, this movie was acceptable. Overall, the movie was hilarious at points, and the actress playing the daughter gave a great performance.
