Very well accomplish without being overwhelming, a absolutely amazing performance by Cate BlanChett, risky but it works, I really enjoyed it and the long takes with sincronices camera movement works incredible with the movie’s peace.

It's a multilayer film that's engaging from a personal to a philosophical level. The attention to sound and the care the music is treated with comes across beautifully. The main character is brutal as is Cate's performance.\rIt's definitely not for everyone as the themes and pace can be a bit much to your average movie goer, but for anyone willing to invest in a proper carefully crafter character study, it's a joy to experience.

I want to watch it again - there were scenes I would rewatch to make sure I picked up on everything. great camera work. In general, we are not to use to thinking of women behaving in that way - using their power in ways we think men do - but we know they do. Given this, it was sometimes uncomfortable to watch, yet I was glued to the story.
