It wasn’t scary and it dragged on.

It's nice that we have a different version of Mummy and can appreciate Lee Cronin's vision, but the film drags and is very long for the story it tells, and the climax is messy. There are some good performances, and some thrills, but overall it's a mixed bag.

The movie was predictable, derivative and not scary. It was like watching Evil Dead but with mummies. Not original and the writing/acting was not good.
