Best Film I’ve seen in a long time! The story was so divinely human and deeply moving about the joys and pains of facing, accepting and embracing life. Great film!

The actors were great, all across the board. I liked that the story was unique and brought us into a world, the deaf community, that I have little interaction with. It left me with questions. Do we accept unwelcome, unexpected change, or to fall into denial and try and maintain the life we had before. What price might you pay for your choice?

A thoughtful story about one man's experience realizing that he is going deaf and how that will affect his life and career. He comes to understand what the loss of hearing really means in his life and also re-assesses his relationship with his girlfriend. The film gives us a glimpse of the deaf world and offers us the opportunity to think how might the deaf be better served
