I enjoyed the film however had to pay close attention or you might get a bit lost as the film is fast moving .

Very well put together and surprisingly, Jon Hamm really did well in this role. I like Rosamund Pike but I had a bit of trouble seeing her as this character. The plot was fascinating but I did have a little trouble following all the entities and understanding who was double crossing who...but I have that issue with all stories involving the Middle East. A well filmed and entertaining movie!

I liked the pacing, it had elements of surprise..I jumped a couple of times! Loved everyone and especially loved Jon Hamm’s performance ..and the music/ soundtrack was in my head as I was leaving!

Beirut offers a compelling story. It takes place in a country besot by horrible influences during war where many opposing interests come into play each with their own agenda.
