Darker and heavier version of "Sixteen Candles" with some plot differences. Slow to develop but second half of the film got better. Woody Harrelson adds a much needed spark of humor.

It was slow moving, predictable, and unappealing. There was some humor throughout, although I left the theater wishing I had better used my time. I would not recommend this film to my friends. I didn't feel the characters were true to reality especially Woody Harrison's character. The movie was rather depressing and I felt sorry for the characters and highly disliked them.
