It wasn't necessarily bad, but I'm glad I didn't pay for it. It had a few funny parts, but it was mostly pretty dumb.

Honestly I didn’t find it funny at all. My teenage daughter did as well as many other people. I found the comedy dry like dumb and dumber comedy, which isn’t my type of movie.

Hilarious movie making a comedy of screenwriting/movie writing. Excellent in that regards. However, as regards the movie's own storyline, the pacing seems off throughout a lot of passages in the movie, this ends up kind of killing the mood.

Super fun movie. If you love classic Nic Cage then you will love this movie. Pedro Pascal is a great fit here and a joy to watch. The overall story lacked something in originality, but is still a very watchable action comedy.
