Although the story seems standard disaster fare, there were quite a few surprises along the way that made the journey worthwhile, great film!

Pretty well done in terms of the circumstances and the acting. One of the better jobs that Gerard Butler has done lately. I wasn't sure how it would all fit together, but it kept my attention and only slightly strained believability.

What begins as a typical American apocalyptic movie, sure doesn’t play out as one! There are several twists and turns along the way and will leave you at the edge of your seat! I enjoyed the movie and would recommend it to others who enjoy action adventure movies.

It was a good movie. Liked how it took from the view of family first. Very sobering considering how the year has been.
