I thought this was an amazing movie that touched on the different view points people have about war.

It was a really well thought out movie. The back story and how he got to war was intriguing, which captured my attention. The battle and how he then proceeded to save countless lives was inspirational and captured very well. Two thumbs up!!

I was actually not aware of this particular battle. I was also unaware of Private Doss's story but found it very inspiring that he could accomplish so much and still stay true to his convictions.

Intense historical account of one man's military journey. The movie softened the harshness of war with the right amount of romance and humanity to make it palliative for all adults. Definitely a must see. Audience claps at the end!
