I enjoy the history reminder/lesson. When I left the theater I promised myself that I would go back and re-read my history books.Great film!!

Excellent job showing the true character of Churchill and how his courage saved England - and the world - at a crucial moment at the beginning of World War II. The film shows a flawed person who uses his life experience and his exceptional facility with language to steel the nerves of the nation.

Oscar performance by Goldman, the scene shooting, the screen writing and of course the supporting actress (Typist), so it was an amazing fil that kept my interest from the beginning to the end

Depicts Churchill differently than other movies. Shows a deeper character that has more than one side to him. All the actors were very good.
