Jennifer Hudson was amazing as ReRe! She truly captured Ms. Franklin's essence. The film itself could have used a little more impactful scenes but overall it was a great depiction of an incredible woman and a story that needed to be shared with the world.

I expected a movie of a person’s struggle to the top…but her dad, Forrest Whittaker, did a wonderful job…..dual personality…..you really hated him.

Strong acting, and I'm sure it is how Ms. Franklin wanted her story told.
