The movie is EXCELLENT and deserves much praise. I know that it will definitely be nominated for several Oscars.The actress who plays Harriet doe a remarkable job of portraying her. The other actors also give outstanding performances.I hope that many other people will see it, including children of an appropriate age (it is P-G rated), so they are aware of the history of slavery in this country, and what really happened in America during this period. Also, so they can learn about individuals who did heroic things to save others.

I thought it was a very good educational movie to show how people lived in slavery and how far we have xome today as treating people equal! No one should be owned by anyone else! All is equal!

Outstanding.Excellent performances.Compelling story.Captures a part of American history that was long overdue.Definitely will receive Academy Award consideration in multiple categories.
