I loved how they integrated 12 days of Christmas in the movie.

It is a fun comedy holiday movie that has some good laughs.

Candy Cane Lane is a sweet, feel good movie. It was interesting to see Eddie Murphy in this role having grown up with him. It was nice to see a Black family portrayed in a positive non-stereotypical manner.

Overall thought it was a solid Holiday movie and had heart and laughter. There is one small comment two of us had. To note as well that this didn’t offend us but it could potentially offend others. When Pepper said “Jesus Christ, no.”, we have family members who we know would be offended hearing that on the context of the dialogue. Again, this didn’t offend us but wanted to call it out as it may offend others.
