The episodes I saw were different format, (sometimes told by a known narrator, sometimes first person) which was cool. A classic, uneasy and jumpy thriller theme throughout all eps. Sometimes slightly corny, but overall a cool idea for storylines and good acting. Doesn't shy away from gore, generally classic setups for jump scares and hauntings. Nothing groundbreaking in horror but entertaining!

Although 50 States of Fright may not make it on your list of greatest horror anthologies of all time, the stories are enticing and suspenseful enough to capture your attention and leave you in anticipation of what the next frightful tale has in store.

Great concept and great production quality. The couple short stories I saw were nothing special in terms of the concept or the acting, but it nevertheless intrigued me for more which I would like to see.
