Slow, Formulaic, and the antagonists just fell short.

A very predictable movie with the surprise bad guy obvious to everyone in the theater. The best parts of the movie were those not having to do with the central theme which is rarely a good thing.

Got confused with 2 French couple got killed in their house.Too gory for corrupted police/gov't agenda.Why picked an elder looking actress for the investigation role & why was she killed for no good reason??Not clear with last scene where he was back at his house & thoughts of his spouse ... why didn't he stay there instead of renting??Not good to "shhh" the kid up to not tell the parent the truth!!The only thing that was okay was the fighting ... however, breaking bones not good.

It had great action and cast but the story seemed slow and useless especially in the beginning. The motives of the villain was also poorly written. Some great messages but it just was too predictable.
