This film told the biblical account of the Resurrection of Jesus, in a whole different light. I found this adaptation so entertaining and I loved the way the director humanized the apostles; providing us with insight to their individual personalities. The English accents were a bit much to endure, but the story was told in a way that gave us a more in depth look at Jesus and the story surrounding his resurrection.

Very well acted, presented respectfully. Refreshing to see Jesus portrayed more realistically, looking more like a Jewish man than other films.

Though factually not accurate, I enjoyed the acting and attempt to depict the time after the Resurrection.
