about right. Had a hard time believing she would have stayed or survived. Had a hard time believing when she said she had been there for two years. Scenes seemed to abruptly change seasons in an unconvincing way....she planted seeds just before a snow storm, other places the turning colors of the trees seemed overlayed in spring scenes. Plot was very simple, not too subtle, easy resolution of the all the issues in the end. Nice change of pace for a movie, though. Enjoyed the quiet.

A wonderful movie on grief and healing.

Some aspects came so close to mirroring reality, with some blatant lapses in obvious choices.

I enjoyed Land with its beautiful scenery and music. Not much dialog but It showed how Edde had to get away from people and live on her own after a horrific tragedy in her family. Luckily she had a hunter help her when she was very sick and they actually helped each other. He taught her how to hunt and fish and live off the land. She was able to survive living in the wilderness in a cabin for two years on her own and then decided to search for the hunter who helped her find a reason for living again! He was now dying and he feels she helped him at the same time he helped her recover!
