I thought IT was done well. The nuances in making the fears of the children more animated than the more realistic fears of the teenagers was very smart. I didn't find the animated movements or look of Pennywise to be scary, but I was totally entertained. I'm looking forward to the next chapter. I'm sure the intensity and fear will grow when focusing on the adult versions of the cast in the next film.

Extremely scary and a decent adaptation. Horror fans will love the suspense, creepy music and the clown.

It was a fun movie, a little long though.
