Feel good movie! Much more funny than I was expecting!

Very funny and a nice message

Laughed so hard I cried! This movie gives lots of laughs while also bringing a strong message that a great many people can relate to. Though it focuses on the impacts of beauty standards for women it also touches on men feeling the same pressures. I was laughing throughout the entire film but also got a little choked up during a scene or two where I related to the main character’s pain and her realization that this insecurity which limits her confidence is completely unfounded and unnecessary. I can relate to what life is like when you go from the ugly duckling to the swan. While it’s fun at first you start to realize how unfair society can be based on looks alone. Much like the movie, that experience gave me a new found confidence that wasn’t just about my weight loss but realizing I’m still the same person and, when I am comfortable in my own skin, I am my best self. That confidence draws people to me and leads me to experiences I otherwise would not have found. THANK YOU AMY SCHUMER AND TEAM for making me laugh. I love seeing me in the screen because I’m pretty great!

It was a fun movie that kept me entertained from start to finish and had a beautiful message that all girls/women should hear. It was inspirational without being overly sappy. I'll definitely go back to see it again.
