I think this has a great concept and the story line followed it well. I appreciate that their wasn't gratuitous language, sex, violence and that those three fit well in the story. Great movie. Kevin Costner gave an excellent performance. I do not remember him playing a part like this before. As I watched this movie, I felt his struggle & the changes he was going through from hardened malice criminal to a person who wanted to be loved.

Good movie! Kevin Costner kept me off balance with his portrayal of a criminal with no moral substance and his "new" brain filled through scientific experimentation with the memories of a dedicated CIA agent, loving husband and father. The transitions from shockingly violent behavior to gentle thoughtful interactions took me from cringing to warm smiles. Great action. Thumbs up & a fun watch!
