If you like redemption stories, this is a good one. Some of the plot is cheesy and much expected but you do root for the protagonist and though you know what’s coming, it is still enjoyable. Nice to see Lauren Graham and Bradley Whitfield in small but important roles.

Reminders of Him is a deeply emotional journey of motherhood and, ultimately, redemption. Maika Monroe gives a tour de force performance as a struggling mother attempting to reconnect with her young daughter, played by Zoe Kosovic, who absolutely steals the show.

The movie was good but I would have liked to know more about what happened at the end! Did she get her baby back? Did they move into the new house, get married and get their baby? We need answers!!!! The end wasn't enough for me.

It's a slow burn, but definitely an entertaining watch.
