Very Nice flick

Interesting coming-of-age story from a different perspective, but still relatable. I enjoyed the characters and cast.

A good movie showing a taiwanese family and navigating through their cultural upbringing in america while trying to see their son live out his dream as an NBA player.

As an Asian-American who loves basketball, I connected with Boogie's character and coming of age story in America. Great cast and soundtrack made the drama excellent. Storyline was predicable but many sports dramas are. Especially liked the recurring scenes like visiting the fortune teller. I'd recommend it to other Asian-Americans and young people in general as an entertaining movie.
