Casts are incredible. Storytelling could have been better.

Well played by great actors. Great book, well written for screen. Good casting, for each character. Would see it again, for clues that I missed the first time.

The production and direction was quite good. Excellent photography. Of course Kenneth Branagh was excellent as Poirot, but the true surprise was an understated Russell Brand, disappearing into his role of Dr. Bessner. There were quite a few dynamic and imaginative shots, but in the end, the screenplay felt a little threadbare. Still, the characters are amusing to watch and it's worth a viewing.
