Loved the music and mood, but the story itself was somewhat shallow. For example, she just replaced her child's fictive father with her biological father seamlessly. This seemed superficial.

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. The sets, clothes, cars, buildings all gave it a beautiful, realistic feel. It was a nice story, and I was drawn in and thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was a sweet and kind hearted movie. Many of which these movies I have seen before. It was heartwarming although sometimes felt rushed by. In particular moments that should be very emotional are quickly wrapped up. Overall it is a nice looking movie with romance and it is something anyone could get minimum enjoyment on. 3.5/5 or 7/10. Thanks for the opportunity to see it early. it was worth a watch.

Strong start, begins to lag from the middle on. Actors are believable, and dialogue is quite realistic- what one could believe. But the inevitable takes too long to unfold. The acting is very good, and the leads are dynamic. Music/score is terrific. Setting - NYC, clubs, etc. is all good. Needed maybe a little more editing....B
