Maybe if you like horror movies

It was interesting. However, I believe the ending should have been stronger. There was only a mention of the next door neighbor being a serial killer. I would have liked to see how they caught the next door neighbor. Need more emphasis that the killer was caught and what he did once he got the second girl in the house. Then, I would have really felt sorry for the 2 girls that died.

High school audience, yes.

When the Streetlights Go On was dull and anti-climatic. I was hoping for more drama and not so much the doldrums of everyday life.
