Initially I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy Coda but I was pleasantly surprised. This film was a great look into some of the challenges facing the deaf as well as modern day fishermen, and into family dynamics, duty, love and a sense of self. I loved the music in this film as I am a child of its generation. I adored the audition with Joni Mitchell’s Clouds with the signing going along with the words.

CODA made me laugh, made me cry, and was just what I needed to lift my spirits. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed this movie. A nice family story with relatable characters. Acting and soundtrack are first rate.

It kept my interest throughout the entire movie. The acting was superb; the story was interesting, and it left me feeling uplifted.
