This is a raw adventurous film that many dog owners and parents can relate to. Beautifully written to keep the viewer on edge with the two main characters. Inspired to go straight home and love on our own family dog.

An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse. Alpha is a tale that transcends time and space to tell a beautiful story of friendship between humans and animals. While the ice age serves as the backdrop, Alpha is ultimately an emotional tale of survival which celebrates the bond between man and man's best friend.

Cinematography wa excellent. The scenes were beautiful. The movie did “drag” story wise in some places, however, I would say it was a great movie overall. Have already recommended to friends and do-workers.

I enjoyed it immensely and I think most others around me did too! The theater had a malfunction for over 30 minutes so I'm sure that peeved a few people off!It was enthralling to say the least and I'm sure others will comment about all the subtitles but it added to the authenticity of the "fairy tale" we were about to witness! The cinematography was beautiful and awesome and the close ups of the interaction with the animals was great!
