The storytelling, the music, the cinematography all stunning! Everyone will be talking about this film for a long time.

It's the beautiful blend of suspense horror and trauma. On the surface you have this excellent horror movie that weaves in plights of marginalized people outside and within their own communities without sacrificing its base premise. Michael B Jordan gave a super performance as Smoke/Stack. He gave each brother clear distinct personality but with that underlying commonality and connection that siblings have that it made it believable that they were twins and not just him playing acting the same character in a different hat.

I loved this movie in every way. The period piece stunningly blends Panafricanism, surrealism, and horror in a way that is thrilling and empowering. A must-watch from Coogler and his amazing ensemble of artists.
