I’m grateful of this experience, watching this movie had me on my seat, crying, laughing, singing, just like I felt 11 years ago, when I watched the musical on a theatre. Thank you Lin Manuel Miranda, Jon M. Chi, the amazing cast, the crew, thank you for this experience of a lifetime. I dreamt about this moment for years, this was perfect, I couldn’t imagined something like this. Thank you.

It was a great updated adaptation of the stage production! I loved the casting. Anthony Ramos is a star!

This was a very emotional performance for me since this was the first show I worked on as a costume assistant. The subtle humor is amplified in this film in comparison to the theatrical performance and I feel the message hits harder. Each and every single person's struggle, through its origins in the theatrical version--well, it's drama was amplified well scripted for film. Truly motivating.

I think it was a really beautiful movie. It had great songs and the dance sequences were so vibrant. I think the cast were so natural with their acting. Im also happy for others who are getting representation. Overall I loved the movie and I hope to see more like these.
