It was pretty good

I'm not usually a fan of remakes but this film was amazing. The Pennywise character looked like a creepy, murderous pedophile which was the perfect look for a killer clown. I enjoy the little reference to the original with the added kick to a probable squeal.

I enjoyed the humor that was incorporated into the movie. Glad I saw it eventhough I'm not a fan of horror movies. The children were better actors than the ones in the original screenplay. The love shown between the two brothers in the beginning was heartfelt as they built a paper boat together. That scence was so effective at makng the audience sad when the younger one was lured and killed.

Well made,though ultimately left me feeling sad not scared
