Thought it was an average movie

At first, I wasn't sure I would like the story because rock music is not my taste. Then, the story got interesting when Ruben starting losing his hearing. \r\rThe ending was surprising and unexpected. It appeared Ruben decided, after everything he went through, that being deaf wasn't so bad after all.\r

The movie had a message at the end. When the guy who ran the home for the deaf, told the deaf guy that he didn't need the hearing aids. He told him that he hadn't had time to enjoy the silence he would experience! He would appreciate his life more!
