I thought the movie was excellent and of course Judi Dench was outstanding in her role as well as Ali Fazal. The movie was both funny and moving and depicts how racism destroys our society and the sad part we still are not that much further removed from it than we were back at the time of Queen Victoria.

It was funny but yet very interesting to see how Queen Victoria wasn't what everyone had the impression of her being - a nasty and unfriendly prude.

I thought that the acting was excellent, as I love Judi Dench in most of her movies. Fazal had good chemistry with Dench. I got lost in the story. Great movie!
