It was better than I thought it would be.

It was a good movie just a little bit long . My 5 year old was bored after a while of the slow parts but otherwise it was good.

The cinematography was excellent. Melissa McCarthy was amazing. Loved Sebastian the Crab. The other actors were good too. The story line should have been closer to the original. It seemed a little all over the place and trying to please too many people with the adaptation. Overall it was worthwhile seeing for the cinematography and Melissa McCarthy. The original will always be better.
