The film was transfixing. I had no idea that Tammy Faye was a victim and this film portrayed her very sympathetically. I don't know if what this movie showed was accurate, but it was very well done and Jessica Chastain was terrific. I only wish it had showed more of TF's LGBT efforts and I wish it had mentioned her marriage to Messner.

The film itself is good, a fairly straight forward docudrama. It is elevated by the performances, especially Jessica Chastain’s portrayal of Tammy. Wow.

Very good. Jessica Chastain deserves an Oscar nomination.
