It's a great movie. It's far off from the book, but that doesn't make it bad, just different. I enjoy it a lot. PS: I see why the movie doesn't go with the book, it would have been a boring movie. The third quarter of the movie was somewhat weak and uneventful. Also i don't get how Aech found Parzival so fast after IOI busted him and Artemis irl. Everything else was great!! Thanks for the swag!

Needed more 80s nostalgia (like the book), but I understand they couldn't get the rights to everything, plus time constraints. I appreciate that they kept it close to 2 hours and not longer. LOVED the Shining sequence in the middle. I'm old, I came for the 80s nostalgia, but I'm sure younger people are going to love it. Thanks for the screening!

I thought the film was super fun. I loved all of the different properties that were able to be featured in the film. Spielberg was a great choice of director in this, though he is just referencing all of his own work lol. Some of his shots and blocking choices are starting to feel outdated, but still great. The score was perfect, I loved how Silvestri referenced moments from other scores.

I would recommend this film for gamers. Not so much for those over 50. Both my husband and I are hard of hearing and with all the noise we were unable to hear the questions and hence, no shirt during the trivia game. Would have liked a shirt for our son who is a former Marine and graduate at the LA Film School (2 year degree in internet gaming and 4 year degree in Business Entertainment.
