this hit on the nose how men will always either choose themselves or another man before the woman before them- even if they "love" the woman... men always love themselves MORE. the movie also shows how the patriarchy even BACKFIRES onto men themselves! it was crazy to see how easily women internalize the male perspective. uh, we need to wake up. not to say we need to choose ourselves and be just as selfish, we need to collectively (regardless of gender) choose what is right and the truth. whoever does something wrong must be held accountable, no matter what.

It's a really good film, and very important too. The topics of the film are handled really well and tell a story of women that is often ignored and the movie deserves and needs a larger audience to see it.

A film that marks a moment in film and cultural history that has felt very much needed. Thank you to the filmmakers and cast for creating and expressing a feeling and mood for this moment that will hopefully bring about healing and change. \r\rI hope Promising Young Woman wins Best Picture at the Academy Awards to further cement this film and the importance of its message. \r\rThank you!
