The plot was great ... The parents struggle within their own relationship. The teacher’s input in the characters self realization of their outlook on life ... a mini peak into another culture, that’s been very private about their lives. View on how they themselves have prejudices in their own community. That struggles to get out from under isn’t just to one race. Love is love!! The love of a game that transcends race,age,social economics and nationality! What Grit is

The movie had a good story line but the characters were not compelling.

Decent movie. I liked the music and the basketball scenes, especially in the park.
