Just incredibly fun, meta while still being accessible, and touches on some themes I find interesting like how we use movies to relate to the world and what happens when we go too far with that.\r\rNic Cage is obviously awesome but Pedro Pascal is just as good here.

I love how they included his previous movie clips that we all grew up on!

Nic Cage at his best!\r\rGets a little predictable in the 3rd act, but before that a solid buddy movie and good meta look at the filmmaking process.

More fun than expected! Went thinking it would be a light movie night and ended up with more laughs and enjoyment than anticipated. Story pokes fun at Cages “serious” roles and demeanour which ends up providing us with a new and hilarious story that entertains and keeps us pleasantly surprised. \r
