Edge of your seat, interesting story, love Chris Pratt.

Action packed story of a Jr High science teacher, Chris Pratt, who is "drafted" to fight in a world war set 30 years in the future. Amazon doesn't flinch on the special effects as Pratt and other draftees take on alien monsters in an effort to save the future world from extinction. While the movie is a little choppy at the beginning and it is about 10 minutes too long, it delivers on excitement and pure entertainment. This is a great scfi-action hero romp.

Fun action movie with a ludicrous premise. Doesn't take it itself too seriously but isn't a complete farce. It could have gone in either direction and failed miserably. Chris Pratt is restrained in a good way. This is the best performance by Yvonne Strahovski I have ever seen. The "bad guys" were given just enough screen time and weren't too generic. Sam Richardson kinda steals the movie. Good popcorn flick.
