Music outstanding. Never did I ever see or think I would see so many perverted acts in one movie. You're the champion, on that score. Bondage, nyctophilia, (sex with the dead), lesbianism, cannibalism, and kind of a snuff like act, just to name a few. Liked the mountain lion in the motel screen. I t sure makes California stand out!!

Overall I'm glad I went to see this. I've generally liked the other Refn movies I've seen so I had some idea of what I was getting into. This is probably his most visually flamboyant film and there are some breathtakingly gorgeous shots in here. And the shockingly cruel ending actually perfectly punctuated what might as well be a modern day fairy-tale. Having said that, I found the necrophilia scene to be too much. That whole sequence made me really squeamish. Also some of the characters like the Alessandro Nivola's designer dude bordered on caricature. Overall a positive experience though.
