uneven pace of the plot defused the scariness of the film. All this family drama was not what I expected. Actually the film seems more like an Exorcism than any Mummy movie I've ever seen? The title was misleading and it made my expect Horror throughout. The missing daughter and then seven yrs. passing and then this other child that looked older than seven yrs. old. Thank You

I actually enjoyed it. I had heard mixed reviews about this film. But was still intrigued to see it cause I like the concept of there being an actual horror version of the mummy. The movie was scary, suspenseful had its moments of body horror with the gore and was funny too. Really did enjoy it
