Epic! I am in awe at Peter Jackson for his ability to transform a children's book into a film of this magnitude! Kuddos also to WETA for their creativity in designing the CG creatures!

Action packed, Exciting, loud, humor, emotional. great movie overall and beautiful ending what a great way to say goodbye!

I really enjoyed it - really looking fun wandering around on the Mountain in New Zealand on giant Mountain Goat backs! Christopher Lee has great moves too! Truly I would so love to wander the sets of these movies, the world they created for the Hobbit was great.. Loved Smaug scene, and I know with all the detail and action in this movie there had to be stuff I missed, I will see it again!

Loved the details of the battle. Had good comic relief amongst powerful emotion.
