It was one of the best Nicholas Cage movies I’ve seen! I thoroughly enjoyed his performance, funny, sweet, self-deprecating, and a smidge of decent action. I also liked the “buddy” aspect of the movie. Pedro Pascal was a perfect counterpart.

Good plot twist with cousins

Great movie. Well done! I liked everything about it although the part about bringing the family to Majorca was a bit uneven. They could have instead come with Nick on the plane but went to Spain while he was doing his “biz” but scheduled to meet up in Majorca after Nicks gig ended. They could have accomplished the same ending.

There's no real way to describe this film, other than to say that it's unique and uniquely enjoyable. Maybe a slightly-less-manic BEING JOHN MALKOVICH?
