This movie was a story well told. The characters draw you in to care about them and all the ups and downs. Then you have to cheer for them to reveal the secrets and truths that keep them from their full potential in family and career. As always Jennifer Lopez is beautiful

Story was good...laughed out loud at times...good casting...enjoyed it

I felt the film gave a strong message about not having a college degree verses having the experience. It's unfortunate she lied to get the position,however later she came clean. She was the right person to do that job. There will always be someone that don't like you from the very start, and will also feel threatened of there spot in the company possibly taken away from them. This happens every day to the little person in corporate America. Stick to your guns and believe in yourself then someone else may believe in you.
