It mostly followed the same plot lines as the original. The kids were hilarious. Pennywise while he had jump scares was just missing something. I think it was hard to understand him sometimes when he talked and because I saw the original when it was on tv, I tried to compare him too much to the original Pennywise. But overall It was better then expected for a reboot.

The movie was pretty good, I'd never seen the original and didn't know what it was going to be about. I didn't think it was scary, I did think some of the theatrics were hilarious. But, I think i was the only one laughing at some parts. It's worth viewing if you like scary movies or over the top theatrics.

Very funny. Didn't scare me once. Kids were great actors.
